9.2.2 Demontage Montageplatten und
Klimagerät (Option))
Steckverbindungen trennen
1.
Demontieren Sie den Abdeckwinkel (47/3)
und die Halterung (47/4), die die Kabel
fixieren.
2.
Lösen Sie die Stecker der drei Fluterkabel
(48/2) aus den Buchsen auf den Montage-
platten.
3.
Lösen Sie den Stecker (48/3) des Seiten-
bräuners aus der Buchse auf der Montage-
platte.
4.
Ziehen Sie die Stecker (48/10) aus den
Buchsen (48/11) die auf der Steuerplatte
befestigt sind, heraus.
5.
Trennen Sie alle übrigen Steckverbindungen
zwischen Gerät und Montageplatten
(s. Tabelle, Kap. 9.3.5).
Montageplatten und Klimagerät demontieren
(optional)
1.
Entfernen Sie die vertikal in den Haltewinkel
eingedrehten Schrauben (48/8) und das Ver-
schlussblech (48/9) links neben dem
Klimagerät.
2.
Ziehen Sie das Klimagerät (48/7) mit dem
Haltewinkel etwas heraus.
3.
Trennen Sie die 3-pol. Kupplung (48/6) des
Klimagerätes von der Kupplung (48/5), die
von der Klemme im rechten Fußgestellteil
kommt.
4.
Tragen Sie das Klimagerät zum Aufstellort.
5.
Ziehen Sie die 4 Montageplatten (Bild 48,
Nr. 2-5) etwas aus den Führungsschienen.
6.
Lösen Sie alle Steckverbindungen von den
Montageplatten.
7.
Ziehen Sie die Montageplatten vollends
heraus und tragen Sie die Montageplatten
zum Aufstellort.
8.
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Steckverbindungen
auf der Steuerungsplatte gelöst sind und
ziehen Sie die Steuerungsplatte (48/1)
heraus.
9.
Lösen Sie die Befestigungsschelle der kleinen
Druckschraube (49/1).
10. Ziehen Sie das Kabel (49/4) nach innen durch.
9.2.3 Demontage Abluftkanal
Abluftkanal (50/5) demontieren
1.
Drehen Sie die Schrauben (50/7) am
Abluftkanal.
2.
Tragen Sie den Abluftkanal (50/5) zum
gewünschten Aufstellort.
Abdeckplatte und Führungsbleche auf
Geräterückseite demontieren
1.
Drehen Sie die Schrauben (50/9) an der
Abdeckplatte heraus und tragen Sie die Ab-
deckplatte (50/10) zum gewünschten
Aufstellort.
2.
Demontieren Sie die beiden Führungsbleche
(50/11) für die Jalousie.
3.
Drehen Sie die sechs Schrauben (50/8) aus
der Befestigungsleiste der Jalousie (50/6)
heraus und tragen Sie die Jalousie komplett
mit Befestigungsleiste zum Aufstellort.

9.2.2 Dismantling the Boards and Air
Conditioning Unit (optional)
Disconnecting the plug connections
1.
Remove the bracket (47/3) and the fixing
device (47/4) which holds the cables.
2.
Pull the three plugs of the three canopy
cables (48/2) (for model CPS four canopy
cables) out of the sockets attached to the
mounting board.
3.
Pull the plug (48/3) of the side tanner out of
the socket on the mounting board.
4.
Pull the plugs (48/10) out of the sockets
(48/11) attached to the control board.
5.
Disconnect all other plug-in connections
between the unit and the mounting boards
(see Table 3, Sec. 9.3.5).
Dismantling the mounting boards and air
conditioner (optional)
1.
Remove the screws (48/8) in the supporting
bracket and the cover sheet (48/9) left of
the air conditioning unit.
2.
Pull the air conditioning unit (48/7) and the
supporting bracket out a little bit.
3.
Detach the 3-pin connector coupling (48/6)
of the air conditioning unit from the
connector coupling (48/5) coming from the
clamp at the right side of the base.
4.
Carry the air conditioning unit to the
installation site.
5.
Pull the 4 mounting boards (Figure 48, No.
2-5) a little out of the guide rails.
6.
Disconnect all plug connections from the
mounting boards.
7.
Pull out the mounting boards completely and
carry them to the installation site.
8.
Check if the plug connections on the control
board are detached and pull out the control
board (48/1).
9.
Losen the mounting bracket of the small
pressure screw (49/1).
10. Pull the cable (49/4) towards inside.
9.2.3 Dismantling the Air Extraction Unit
Dismantling the air duct (50/5)
1.
Unscrew the screws (50/7) of the air
extraction duct.
2.
Carry the air extraction duct (50/5) with the
warm air recovery system to the installation
site.
Dismounting the cover plate and guide
brackets on the back of the unit
1.
Unscrew the screws (50/9) at the cover plate
and carry the cover plate (50/10) to the
installation site.
2.
Dismount the two guide brackets (50/11) for
the louvre.
3.
Unscrew the six screws (50/8) at the
mounting rail of the louvre (50/6) and carry
the louvre together with the mounting rail
to the installation site.
