use for purposes other than the intended
purpose;
incorrect or faulty installation;
incorrect commissioning, operation and
maintenance;
use of components that have not been
approved;
non-performance of the prescribed service and
replacement work;
unauthorised technical or mechanical changes
or modifications.
4.2 Responsibility of the operating company
The installation and operating instructions must
be kept in the immediate vicinity of the device
and must be accessible at all times.
The device may only be operated in a technically
correct and operationally safe condition.
The information in these installation and
operating instructions must be complied with
at all times.
4.3 Licence terms
The installation and operating instructions are
protected by copyright. The transfer of these
instructions to third parties, reproduction of any
kind – including extracts – as well as the exploitation
and/or disclosure of the content are not permitted
without the written consent of the manufacturer.
Any breach or infringement will result in liability
for damages. We reserve the right to assert further
claims.
Note!
With the acquisition of the AQA drink Pro 20 water
dispenser, the user receives an exclusive, non-
transferable right to use the software installed by
the manufacturer.
4.4 Qualified personnel
Only trained personnel and staff may install, put
into operation and maintain the water dispenser.
The trained person has been informed of the
tasks entrusted to him/her, and of possible
dangers in the event of improper use or
behaviour.
Trained persons are in a position to install,
put into operation and maintain the device on
due to of their technical training, knowledge
and experience as well as knowledge of the
applicable regulations.

5. Installation and commissioning
Note!
The following laws must be observed while installing
and operating of the system:

Technical rules for drinking water installation

Ordinance relating to the quality of water
intended for human consumption (drinking water
ordinance).
All delivered AQA drink Pro 20 water dispensers
comply with the EC Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS)
on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
Prior to installation, read Chapter 2 "Technical data"
and Chapter 4 "Operating/Safety Instructions."
Set up and operate the device in a vertical position.
Do not place the device directly against a wall.
Leave a distance of at least 15 cm.
5.1 Unpacking the AQA drink Pro 20 water dipenser
Remove your device from the packaging. Check
that the shipment is complete and has not been
damaged in transit. Defective parts must be re-
placed immediately.
5.2 Preparing the AQA drink Pro 20 water dispenser
Place the device on a level surface or on the AQA
drink Pro 20 cabinet (optional).
Table-top unit
Position the drip tray in the intended place below
the water outlet.
Stand-alone device
The cabinet includes a second drip tray; this must
be used in conjunction with the cabinet. The second
drip tray is connected to the wastewater tank, which
is mounted in the cabinet. Connect the prepared
plug in the cabinet to the water level sensor
mounted in the wastewater tank.
