Make sure that the charging cable does

not become wet or damp. Route the cable
in such a way that it cannot be caught or
damaged.
Use only the supplied charging cable to

charge the appliance.
Do not use the appliance if the charging
■
cable or the mains adapter is defective.
Do not make any unauthorised modifica-
■
tions or alterations to the appliance.
Do not operate the appliance near heat
■
sources, such as radiators or other heat-
generating appliances.
Do not expose the appliance to direct
■
sunlight or high temperatures. Otherwise,
it could overheat and be irreparably dam-
aged.
Keep the appliance away from open
■
flames (e.g. candles) at all times.

Do not expose the appliance to water
■
spray or dripping water, and do not place
liquid-filled objects such as vases or open
drink containers on or near the appliance.
Never immerse the appliance in water or

other liquids!
Always set up the appliance on a stable
■
and level surface. It can be damaged if
dropped.
WARNING! Switch the appliance off

immediately and disconnect any connected
charging cables from the appliance if you
smell fumes or notice any smoke. Have the
appliance checked by a qualified specialist
before using it again.
When using a mains adapter, the mains

power socket used must always be easily
accessible so that the mains adapter can
be quickly removed from the socket in a
dangerous situation.
