Charging the rechargeable battery
Commissioning the
rechargeable battery
For the first three charging cy-
cles, the rechargeable battery
should be as empty as possi-
ble before it is recharged. The
appliance should then remain
connected continuously for ap-
prox. 12 hours at a time. In this
way, the rechargeable battery will
reach its full capacity. Thereafter,
the charging duration should be
approx. 5 to 8 hours.
Pull the mains plug of the charg-
ing station (15) out of the socket
when the rechargeable battery is
fully charged.
After extended periods of stor-
age, it may be necessary to
charge and discharge the cells or
batteries several times to obtain
maximum performance.
Charging process
1. Connect the mains plug of
the charging station (15) to a
properly installed socket.
