In this case, you should
pull the mains plug out of
the socket and have the
appliance repaired (see
"Service" on page EN-33).
■ If the supply cord is dam-
aged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its
service agent or a qualifi ed
expert in order to avoid a
hazard.
■ Connect the charging sta-
tion only to an easily ac-
cessible socket so that you
can quickly disconnect
it from the mains in the
event of a fault.
■ Keep the charging station,
mains plug and mains cord
away from open fl ames
and hot surfaces.
■ Do not kink, pinch, guide
the mains cord over sharp
corners or run over the
mains cord with the appli-
ance. This can result in a
break in the cable.
■ Keep the appliance, the
mains plug and the mains
cord away from open
fl ames and hot surfac-
es. The insulation of the
mains cord could melt.
■ Never immerse the mains
cord or plug in water or
any other liquids.
■ If the mains cord for the
charging station is dam-
aged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its
customer service or by a
qualifi ed specialist.
■ Never leave the appliance
unattended
