1. SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
1.1. General safety instructions
Important
Before operating this product, read and follow the following instructions. To prevent injury to
yourself and third parties, you must also follow the preventive regulations of your professional
association and the safety regulations in force in your country.
Make sure everyone who works with the equipment reads the safety instructions. Keep the
instructions in a safe place for future reference.
Caution
If the product is driven by an articulated axle, it must be connected to the tractor using a three-
point extension in compliance with the corresponding regulations. Both units should not be
used at the same time under any circumstances.

The product should only be used by one person.

Perform a visual inspection of the product before each use. Do not use the product if
any safety devices are damaged or worn. Never leave any safety device out of
operation.

Do not start the machine if it is upside down or not in the operating position.

Safety in the workplace is your responsibility. Keep your workplace clean. Clutter in the
workplace can lead to injuries.

Protect the product against moisture and rain.

Only use the product in broad daylight or under adequate artificial lighting.

Ensure safe posture and maintain balance at all times. Pay attention to what you are
doing. Use common sense when working.

Check the oil level before each use. Add oil if necessary. Follow product lubrication and
change instructions.

Keep handles dry, clean and free of oil and grease.

Unplug the product if not in use and before performing maintenance or adjustments.

Check whether keys and adjustment tools have been removed before turning on the
product.

All parts of the product should be checked periodically for signs of damage or aging.
The product should not be used if it is not in perfect condition.

Only spare parts approved by the manufacturer will be used for repairs. The use of
inappropriate replacement parts will void the warranty and will be the user's
responsibility for personal injury or damage to the product.
Unauthorized repairs can cause considerable risks.

Repairs can only be carried out by qualified personnel, contact your official Anova
distributor.

Check the product for signs of wear or damage before operating it and after any impact.
Have necessary repairs made.

Do not allow children to use the product under any circumstances. Persons who, due
to their physical, sensory or mental capabilities or inexperience, cannot use the product
should not use it.

If the product has any visible damage, it should not be put into operation.

It is the user's responsibility for everything related to the following damages:
o Damage to the product due to mechanical influences and power surges.
o Use of the product for purposes other than those described in the manual.
