ing to its clogging and possible damage.
FUNCTIONALITY
Grinding degree control
ATTENTION! The grinding degree should only be adjusted while
the coffee grinder is in operation. Failure to do so may result in
unit damage.
The grinding degree directly depends on the degree of its roast-
ing. Use coarse grinding for heavily roasted coffee and finer
grinding for lighter roasted coffee.
The grinding degree control knob (14) is located inside the coffee
bean container (10) (fig. 16).

» icon until the coffee
unit (2) very slowly (the grinding is too fine and the taste of
coffee is too strong), press and turn the grinding degree
» icon.

light (the grinding is too coarse and the taste of coffee is very
weak), press and turn the grinding degree control knob (14)
counterclockwise to set the coffee grinder to a finer grinding.

steam from the brewing unit. Additional animation on the display

Choosing milk
It is recommended to use unboiled natural cow's milk or soy milk,
whether whole or pasteurized or UHT. UHT milk froths better. Milk
should be high in protein. The protein content is preferably 3% or
more. You can use both skim milk and 6%. For cappuccino it is
better to use rich milk of 3% and above, for latte 1.5-2.5%. The
higher the fat content, the denser and sweeter the froth in general
and it lasts longer. Milk should be as cold as possible, 2-6°C. That
is from the refrigerator. This affects the frothing. The warmer the
initial milk, the worse it froths.
Preparing the milk system
– Insert the milk frother (3) into the coffee dispensing unit (2)
(fig. 17) if it has not been installed before, or check that it is
installed correctly (fig. 18).
– Hold the coffee dispensing unit (2) and press the milk frother
(3) from below upwards on each side until it clicks (fig. 18).
Make sure that the milk frother (3) is securely held by the locks
in the coffee dispensing unit (2).
Notes: The milk frother (3) has two inlets on the left and right side
for installing the tip of the milk tube. A tip is installed in one hole,
a plug in the other. For ease of use, you can install the tip either
on the left or on the right, having previously removed the plug
(fig. 19). After installing the tip, do not forget to install the plug on
the opposite side of the frother.
– Place one end of the tube on the tip, and put the other end
of the tube with a cutout into the container with milk (fig. 20).
