ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
Press the «MENU» icon on the main menu (fig. 7) and go to the
settings menu (fig. 8).
TIMER
By successively pressing the «TIMER» icon, set the time for the
coffee machine to turn off and go into standby mode. You can set
0.5 to 24 hours.
SOUND
Click on the «SOUND» icon to turn the sound on or off.
HARDNESS
Select the hardness of the water used for making drinks by succes-
sively pressing the «HARDNESS» icon. Depending on the water
hardness setting, after a certain number of cups have been made,
the user will be prompted to carry out a descaling procedure.

DISPLAY
Display contrast settings. By successively pressing the «DIS-
PLAY» icon, you can select the operation of the device in econ-
omy mode, semi-economy mode or normal mode respectively
(fig. 27).
– If you select semi-economy mode, the brightness of the cof-
fee machine display will be reduced to 50% after 3 minutes
of inactivity.
– In economy mode the display will be completely dimmed after
3 minutes of inactivity.
– When you touch the display, it will return to working mode with
standard brightness.
– If you select normal mode, the brightness of the display will
not change.

LANGUAGE
By successively pressing the «LANGUAGE» icon you can select
your preferred display languages (7).
COUNTER
Press the «COUNTER» icon to view the number of different drinks
that have been made with your coffee machine (fig. 28). Check-
ing the number of drinks you have prepared is necessary in order
to decalcify your coffee machine in time (see Section SCALE RE-
MOVAL (decalcification)).
CALIBRATION
This mode is intended for technical specialists of service centers.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
In order to extend the life of your coffee machine, it is necessary
to maintain and clean all systems for preparing drinks from de-
posits and scale buildup in a timely manner. Press the «MENU»
icon on the main menu (fig. 7) and go to the settings menu (fig. 8).

To start cleaning the milk system, press the «MILK SYSTEM»
icon (fig. 29).

1. When the message «CLEANING THE MILK SYSTEM»
appears on the display, press the «
show a picture with further instructions. Remove the milk tube
from the milk container. Place a suitable container under the
coffee dispensing unit (2) where the dirty water will be dis-
charged during the cleaning process. Fix the end of the tube
to the edge of the container.

hot water through the milk tube and frother (3) outlets. After a
while, hot water dispensing will stop and after additional heat-
ing, steam dispensing will begin.
When the cleaning process is finished, the main menu will appear
on the display.
Drain the liquid from the container.
ATTENTION! Do not touch the coffee dispensing unit (2) during
this operation to avoid burns.
