Mechanischer Teil: CF 8200
Allgemeines zum mechanischen Teil
Bei mechanischen Arbeiten ist darauf zu achten, da8 der Netzstek-
ker gezogen ist.
Die Zahlen im Text und bei den Abbildungen sind mit den Positions-
nummern in der Ersatzteilliste CF 8200 Ubereinstimmend.
Ist den Positionsnummern ein LW vorgesetzt, sind die Teile in der
Ersatzteilliste SE4 aufgefuhrt.
Teile die nicht in den Ersatzteillisten vorkommen, sind mit Buchsta-
ben gekennzeichnet.
1. Gehause abnehmen (Abb. 1)
~ 6Schrauben aherausdrehen.
~ Gehause b nach oben wegnehmen.

. Laufwerk SE 4 ausbauen (Abb. 2)
— Gehause abnehmen Pkt. 1.
~— Cassettenfachdeckel 12 an der Unterkante ausrasten und in
Pfeilrichtung A abnehmen (Abb. 1).
— Zahlwerkriemen 16 in Haltenase e der Lagerplatte f einhangen.
— 3Schraubend herausdrehen.
— Laufwerk herausnehmen, bei Bedarf Steckverbindungen ldésen.
— Inumgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammenbauen.
3. Riemenwechsel LW 29 (Abb. 2)
— Gehdause Pkt. 1 abnehmen.
— Laufwerk SE4 Pkt. 2 ausbauen.
a. 4 Schrauben g herausdrehen, dazu Schraubendreher (TORX
PAT. TX210x80, Sach-Nr. 72008-374.00) verwenden.
b. Lagerplatte f aufklappen.
— Riemen LW29 wechseln.
— Inumgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammenbauen.
— AnschlieBend Gleichiauf Pkt. 8 iberpriifen.
4. Schwungscheibe LW 28 wechseln (Abb. 2)
— Gehause Pkt. 1 abnehmen.
— Laufwerk Pkt.2 ausbauen.
— Lagerplatte f nach Pkt. 3a und 3b abnehmen.
— Riemen LW29 abnehmen PKt. 3.
— Schwungrad LW28 mit der Tonwelle aus dem Schwungscheiben-
lager herausnehmen, dabei auf die Feder LW30 und die Scheibe
LW31 achten.
— Neue Schwungscheibe LW28 einsetzen, danach Tonwelle mit
Spiritus reinigen und in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammen-
bauen.
Mechanical Section: CF 8200
General information on the mechanical section
Ensure that the mains supply is disconnected before beginning
mechanical work on the recorder.
Numbers used in the text and in the illustrations are the same as
those used in the CF 8200 spare parts list. The prefix LW indicates
that the part with this item number is to be found in the SE4 spare
parts list.
A letter indicates a part not included in the spare parts lists.
1. Opening cabinet (Fig. 1)
— Remove 6screwsa.
— Lift off cabinetb.

2. Removing drive mechanism SE4 (Fig. 2)
— Open cabinet asin 1 above.
— Release the cassette compartment lid 12 at its bottom edge and
remove in the direction of arrowA (Fig. 1)
~ Hang the counter belt 16 into the lug e of the bearing plate f.
— Loosen the 3 screws d.
— Remove drive mechanism (disconnect pluggable connections, if
necessary).
— Reassembly is reverse of above sequence.
3. Replacing drive belt LW29 (Fig. 2)
— Open cabinet asin 1 above.
— Remove drive mechanism as in 2 above.
a. Loosen the 4 screws g by means of ascrew driver (TORX PAT.
TX210x80, part no. 72008-374.00).
b. Raise the bearing plate f.
— Remove and replace old drive belt LW29.
— Reassembly is reverse of above sequence.
— After reassembly check synchronism as in 8 below.
4. Replacing flywheel LW 28 (Fig. 2)
— Opencabinet asin1 above.
— Remove drive mechanism as in 2 above.
— Remove bearing plate fas in 3a and 3b above.
— Remove drive belt LW29 as in 3 above.
— Remove flywhee! LW28 complete with capstan from flywheel
bearing, take care of the spring LW30 and the washer LW31.
— Fit new flywheel, clean capstan in white spirit and reassemble in
reverse order.
