Too far awayfromthe basestation(freefield100m max.)or shielding obstacles such
asmetalparts,walls,reinforced cellarceilings etc.
- It canhelpto move the sensorslightlyin the roomto establish a connection.
- Observe the noteson radioreception in chapters4 & 12.
- Insert new batteries and register the sensor again,see chapter 11.
Position the basestationawayfromsources of interference, e.g.computers, electrical
machines,other radio transmitters etc.
- Sourcesof error such asthe above.Tryto reducethe distanceof the basestation to the
sensor and exclude sources of interference.
Check whetherthetransmitterLEDonthe bottomofthe sensor(seechapter 4) lights
up every16s. If not,restartthesensor w ith a reset(seechapter 4)andregisterit again
atthe basestation(seechapter 11).
- Ifthefaultpersists, restart t he base stationbypressing theresetbutton(forlocation, s ee
chapter 3) with a pointedobject,remove the powersupplyplugfromthe basestation,
holddownthe resetbuttonandpluginthe powersupplyplugagain. A fterthis,release
the reset button and wait for the station to start.
Observe the location selection information in chapter 4 anddo not install s ensors near
heatsources. D onotplacetheoutdoor s ensor n earheatradiating or reflecting wallsetc.
Toolowtemperature valuescan occurif the sensoris in thecoolingair flow fromfans
or air conditioners.
Makesurethat the absolutepressure is shownfor comparison, not the relativeair
pressure.
- Calibrate the air pressure sensoraccording to chapter10.
Check whether thecombisensor i s mechanically s table. I t mustnot move andmustbe
installed exactlyin linewith the integrated spirit level.
- Check whether the raingauge's seesaw is inthe bearings on bothsides.
- Check whether the password andthe stationIDarecorrect.
Observe the general e rrormessages a t the endof chapter 8.
- Check the WLAN settings according to chapter 7.
