and tighten the locking screw.

Installation of the rain sensor
- Place the collecting funnel on the sensor and turn it clockwise until it engages.
Insert batteries, reset the sensor
- Openthe battery compartmentby sliding it on and inserttwo mignon batteries (AA/LR6) w ith the
correct polarity, according to the polarity marking in the battery compartment.
- Closethe battery compartmentagain. Make sure that it is pushedin as far as it will go and that
the seal lies cleanlyin its grooveto prevent moisturefrom entering.
- After inserting the batteries, the LED indicator (11) next to the battery compartment lights up con
tinuously for 4 s. If this is not the case, check whether the batteries are inserted with the correct
polarity. If the LED indicator does not light up, carry out a reset (see also error notes in chapter 14).
Note: Use only high-quality batteries to ensure safe operation, especially in colder weather.
