4. ROOM THERMOSTAT

4.1 Installation procedure

This room thermostat is prepared to
be table stand. Fit the thermostat by
mounting it directly on top of the table
stand.
The room thermostat is linked to the
receiver device ATW-IOT-01.
The only required configuration is the
selection of the zone (c1 or c2). Please
consult the documentation provided via
the QR located on the front cover for
more details.

Possible Cause
H-Link connection
between ATW-IOT-01 and
Yutaki unit is down.
ATW-IOT-01 is not
connected to the home
WI-FI since SSID or
password of the home
WI-FI has been modified
ATW-IOT-01 is not
connected to WI-FI
There is no internet
connection
Router does not provide
2.4GHz WI-FI.
Remedy
Make sure proper connection
cables are used.
Make sure wire loops are
performed on the cable.
Make sure both cables are
connected between Heating Unit
and ATW-IOT-01
Using CSNET Home mobile Apps,
update or configure the correct
WiFi settings for the related
ATW-IOT-01 device.
Place ATW-IOT-01 close to the
router or use WI-FI extenders to
reach ATW-IOT-01
Verify if WI-FI in the house has
internet connection. If not,
contact your service provider.
Create separate 2.4 GHz WI-FI
network and connect IOT device
to it.
