The linear units can be attached to a solid base by screwing the end elements (4 fixing
screws per end element).
The specific tightening torques for the screws must be observed during all assembly
work. Note the strength of the screws and separate information for accessories sup-
plied. Only compliance with the conditions guarantee the safety and long working life
of the linear shaft. Take the values from the table in these instructions (⮱ „6.2.2 Tight-
ening torques" on page 50).
6.2.4
Mechanical / inductive limit switch fixing
The technical specifications for limit switches can be found in the catalogue. To install
the limit switch, a fully configured limit switch fixing element from the accessories pro-
duct range can be used. Depending on the selected assembly group version, it contains
two limit switches (choice of mechanical and inductive), a fixing profile and a fixing
element on each end. The limit switches can be axially moved on and affixed to the rails.

To fasten the limit switch fixing element, the customer still has to make tapped holes in
the end elements of the linear unit.
