SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS & INSTRUCTION MANUAL
- The appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are
supervised or have been instructed on how to use the appliance
safely and have understood the resulting hazards.
- Children must not play with the device or sit or stand on the device.
- Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children
without supervision.
- Children under 8 years of age must be kept away from the device
and the connecting cable.
- Before using the device, check the entire device including
accessories for defects that could affect the device's functionality.
If the device has been dropped, for example, there may be damage
that is not visible from the outside. In this case, do not use the
device.
- Make sure that the cable is not crushed, kinked, trapped or driven
over, as this could damage it.
- If the power cord or plug is damaged, the device must not be used.
Take it to an authorized service center for repair.
- Unplug the appliance after use, if there are any problems during
operation, when changing the rod bag, and before cleaning.
- When unplugging the appliance, do not pull on the power cord;
always grasp the plug.
- Do not touch the device with wet hands. Unplug the device
immediately if it gets wet or damp.
- Do not use extension cords or multiple sockets.
- Please also note all cleaning instructions under the "Cleaning"
paragraph.
- Never leave the device unattended when switched on.
