TROUBLESHOOTING
ACTIVE SIM CARD PIN PROTECTION
If the SIM card has active PIN protection, follow these
instructions.
1. Connect the computer to the LAN port on the PoE Injector.
2. On the computer, open a web browser and enter the address
192.168.100.1.
3. Log in to the device using the default username and password. You
will find this information on the label on the back of the DWP-1010/
KT housing.
4. Go to the Setup > Network tab and select the Mobile Cellular
Network option.
5. Enter the SIM card PIN code in the PIN Code field, check the
Remember PIN box, and press the Save button.
6. Now you can return to step 6 on page 4 to continue the configuration
process.
RESETTING TO FACTORY SETTINGS
M15/IDU
Without access to the administration panel:
1. Hold the RESET button on the back of the device for 2s (the diode will start
flashing red).
2. Wait about 30s for the device to restore factory settings.
3. Log in to the administration panel (by default 192.168.0.1) using the default
password from the device label.
Through the administration panel:
1. Click the "Management" and "System Admin" tabs in the left panel, then the
"System" and "Restore" buttons.
2. The device will restart and restore factory settings.
3. After about 30s, you can log in again (by default 192.168.0.1) using the default
password from the device label.
