12. Troubleshooting
Error messages
The sauna control unit is equipped with diagnostic software which monitors system
statuses when it switches on and during operation. As soon as the diagnostic
software identii es an error, the sauna control unit switches the sauna heater off.
Errors are indicated by a recurring warning tone and by l ashing on the tempera-

ture selector
. Furthermore, "Err" appears in the additional display

Switch the sauna control unit off using the ON/OFF switch
error before switching the sauna control unit on again.
The following table describes the possible errors and their causes. If necessary,
tell the error number to your customer service specialist.

Cause/rectii cation
An object has been placed on the sauna
heater. Remove any objects before start-
ing up the sauna heater again.
The maximum temperature of 139 °C
has been exceeded above the heater.
