2. Intended use

The MT-35 retro record player is used to play records as well as audio and MP3 CDs at home.
Furthermore, there is a recording and playback function for audio files on USB or SD data carriers.
An integrated radio, an additional audio input and a clock with alarm function complete the extensive
equipment.
The device has an integrated loudspeaker so that an external amplifier is not necessary. However, such an
amplifier can be connected to the audio output as an option.
This product may only be operated with the power adapter provided.
The product may only be used in enclosed indoor locations. Outdoor use is not allowed. Contact with mois-
ture, for example in bathrooms or the like, must be avoided.
Any use other than that described above could lead to damage to this product and involves risks such as
short circuits, fire, electric shock, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or rebuilt, and the housing must not be opened.
Observe all the safety instructions in these operating instructions!

3. Explanation of the symbols

A triangle containing a lightning symbol indicates a health hazard, e.g., electric shock. The de-
vice contains no parts that should be serviced by the user. Therefore, do not open the device.
Important information that must always be observed is indicated in these operating instructions
by an exclamation mark.
The arrow symbol indicates special tips and operating information.
