Fit the wearing parts in sequence

IMPORTANT! Using the ceramic tool,
the last insulation ring must be fitted
on the arc end.
Before fitting, attach the gas nozz-

le holder activator to the thread of
the outer tube
Apply Loctite 620 around the

thread as shown and quickly tigh-
ten the gas nozzle holder using the
gas nozzle holder tool kit and the
Holex torque wrench
Tightening torque = 16 Nm
Remove excess adhesive with a

cloth
Now fit all wearing parts to the

torch body
