Function overview
Torch body Building up an electrical potential between the weld metal and the workpiece
causes the uniform melting of the wire electrode at the welding location.

Hosepack Flexible connection between the torch neck and the wire-feed unit containing all
the lines needed to perform welding.
Coaxial cable Coaxial cables are used by Fronius exclusively in gas-cooled hosepacks. The co-
axial, symmetrical structure of the power cable and the control line around the
wirefeeding hose is particularly compact.
FSC - Fronius
The FSC is a compact interface between the hosepack and the wirefeeder.
