Solutions
•
Check the dental unit connection
•
Check the state of the o-rings of the turbine connection
•
Connect the unit to the dental unit (be careful, the powder chamber must be empty)
Dry and fill the powder chamber

Send the complete unit to an approved EMS repair center
Cut immediately the air input by releasing the foot pedal
•
Wait for 1-2 minutes for the system to decompress
•
Disconnect the unit from the dental unit
•
Press the foot control pedal of the dental unit
•
If no air comes out of the turbine connector, it is your dental unit that causes the problem
•
If air comes out of the turbine connector, it is the device that causes the problem
•
If air comes through the handpiece connector, the handpiece is block e d.
•
Clean the handpiece with the EasyClean
•
Unscrew the cap above the wash-hand basin, because the powder can be ejected.
•
A sealed apparatus, even disconnected, can indeed remain under pressure
•
Empty the powder chamber and screw the cap back on
•
Connect the unit to the dental unit (be careful, the powder chamber must be empty)
•
Press the foot control pedal of the dental unit
•

Check the seal and the cleanliness of the thread on the powder chamber and on the cap
