11. Troubleshooting
Not working
• Check that the mains power adapter (5) is properly inserted into the mains socket and
the connector on the power adapter cable is firmly inserted into the plug socket (7).
• Check that the mains socket used is live.
Diffuser function not working/Aroma diffuser flashes 3 times/No mist
produced
• Make sure that the water reservoir (4) is correctly inserted and positioned correctly on
the base of the diffuser casing. If necessary, remove the water reservoir (4) again and
reposition it.
• For the device to work properly, there must be a good contact between the contact
surfaces on the base of the water reservoir (4) and the contact pins on the aroma
diffuser underneath. If necessary, clean the contact pins and the contact surfaces with
a dry cloth.
• Check that there is liquid in the water reservoir (4). Top up the water if necessary.
