Handling
Never plug the power plug into a mains socket outlet immediately after the amplifier
has been moved from a cold into a warm room. The condensation created may
destroy it under unfavourable circumstances.
Leave the amplifier switched off until it has reached room temperature and any
condensation has evaporated.
Never plug in or unplug the mains plug if your hands are wet.
Never pull the power cord in order to unplug the mains plug from the socket outlet,
always unplug by gripping the surfaces provided for this purpose on the mains plug.
Always remove the mains plug from the mains socket outlet if the amplifier is not to
be used for a relatively long period.
Make sure the amplifier is adequately ventilated when in use.
On safety grounds, always remove the mains plug from the socket outlet when the
weather is thundery.
Never replace defective connecting leads yourself. Isolate the appliance from the
mains supply and take it to a specialist repairer.
Do not listen to extremely loud music for a long period. Doing so can damage your
hearing.
Maintenance
Regularly check that the amplifier is technically safe, e.g. check for damage to the
power cord (13) and housing.
If it can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible, the appliance must be
taken out of use and secured from being accidentally switched on. Withdraw the
mains plug!
It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if:
• there is visible damage to the appliance
• the appliance is no longer working
• after prolonged storage under favourable conditions, or
• the appliance has been exposed to severe stresses during transport

de l'appareil non conforme aux spécifications ou d'un non-res-
pect des présentes instructions, la garantie étant automatique-
ment annulée dans ces cas.
Pour des raisons de sécurité et d'homologation (CE), toute transformation ou modifi-
cation du produit, réalisée à titre individuel, est prohibée.
Comme source de tension, utiliser uniquement une prise de courant en parfait état
de marche, raccordée au réseau d'alimentation public (230 V/50 Hz).
Veiller à ce que la mise en service de l'appareil soit effectuée dans les règles de l'art.
