Periodic technical checks

Maintenance work is not necessary. To ensure correct
function over the long term, regular checks are
necessary.
6.2.1

Daily check

Daily, or prior to starting a shift, the operators must
check the IN4000 Standard safety system for
• correct function
• visible signs of tampering
6.2.2

Inspections by a qualified person

The check by specialist personnel must be performed
regularly as per the applicable national regulations
within the intervals defined. This procedure ensures
that any changes on the machine or manipulations of
the protective device after the initial commissioning are
detected.
