DMX-controlled operation

You can control the projectors individually via your DMX-controller.
Every DMX-channel has a different occupation with different features. The individual channels and their
features are listed under DMX-protocol.

Addressing

The Control Board allows you to assign the DMX fixture address, which is defined as the first channel from
which the LED Flash Flower will respond to the controller.
If you set, for example, the address in the 23 channel mode to channel 24, the device will use the channel 24
to 46 for control.
Please, be sure that you don't have any overlapping channels in order to control each LED Flash Flower
correctly and independently from any other fixture on the DMX data link.
If several LED Flash Flowers are addressed similarly, they will work synchronically.
For address setting, press the Menu button until the display shows „Addr". Press the Enter button. The
display shows "A001". Set the desired address via the Up/Down-buttons.
Controlling:
After having addressed the device, you may now start operating it via your lighting controller.
Note:
After switching on, the device will automatically detect whether DMX 512 data is received or not. If the data
is received at the DMX-input, the display will show "A.001"; the dot will flash, with the actually set address. If
there is no data received at the DMX-input, the display will show "A001" with the actually set address.
This situation can occur if:
- the 3 PIN XLR plug (cable with DMX signal from controller) is not connected with the input of the device.
- the controller is switched off or defective.
- the cable or connector is defective or the signal wires are swap in the input connector.
The COB-LEDs and the prisms of the device are arranged in the
following order (see graphic) and can be individually controlled with the
following DMX-protocol.
