Engine choke
To start a cold engine, move the choke lever to the CLOSE position.
To restart a warm engine, leave the choke lever in the OPEN position.

Primer
When the engine is cold the primer supplies the carburetor with more gasoline. When using the primer
it should not be pushed more than 3 times

Throttle
Move the throttle lever about 1/3 away from the slow position towards the fast position.
