STEP 4 Shifter
The shift rod (11) can now be assembled. Remove the pin on the gear lever and insert the shifter
through the shifter indication plate on the handlebars. Adjust and customize the nut, tighten only
loosely. Lock with a split.
STEP 5 Shifter tension
Attach the other end of the shifter rod (11) onto the transmission shifter on the machine. Pull the split
and assemble it to the transmission. This will put tension on the shifter and keep it in the shifter
indication plate. Too much tension can damage the shifter.
