ASSEMBLY

STEP 1 Assemble the handlebars
Assemble the lower handlebar (7) on to the transmission. Fasten the four bolts attached to the
transmission. Turn the lower handle so there is only one set of bolts in the left side. Assemble Gear
shift panel (3) on to the lower handlebar (7).The bolts attached are 10 mm with two being ½‖ long and
the other two being 1-1/2‖ long. The washers are half-moon in shape to prevent collapse of the tube
when the bolt is tightened down.
STEP 2 Auger screw
The auger screw is already attached to the handlebars but needs to be put through the auger chute
bracket and then a washer and a carter key through the hole in the shaft.
Chute bracke. Assemble the chute bracket (6) with the attached bolt and nut onto the left side of the
handlebars (7).
Chute rod Insert the chute rod through the bracket hole (6) onto the chute-adjuster and lock with
attached split.
STEP 3 Control cables
The control cables go through the holes on the inside of the operator hold down handles. You can
completely unscrew the Z at the end of the cable turnbuckle to allow you to hook this up. Tighten the
turnbuckle shown in step 3 until you have removed the slack. Once the snow blower is running we will
talk about the tension need on these cables.

Gap 0.028－0.031 in (0.70－0.80 mm)
Idle speed 1800±150 rpm
Each use Check engine oil.
First 20 hours Change engine oil.
