The Geberit electrofusion machine ESG 3 is equipped with a
mechanism which prevents a double weld when a sleeve
connection cable is connected.

Connect the electrofusion machine to the supply voltage.

Connect the sleeve connection cable to the electrofusion
sleeve coupling or the electrofusion tape for anchor point.

welding

Press the start button. The welding process LED display
lights up and the LED display indicating that the machine is
ready for welding
The welding time is adjusted automatically in accordance
with the ambient temperature.

Welding is completed after approx. 80 seconds. The welding
