Working with the LabPump

Setup of the device

Application scope

The range of application for the pump is the delivery of air, gases and vapours. The temperature range
of the media to be delivered lies between + 5 °C and + 40 °C.
The Pump LabPump will be used with hand and half automatic measurements for sucking and
pumping up the solutions in viscometers:
- Filling viscometers
- Rinsing with next sample
- Sucking up between the manual measurements
- Discharging viscometers without demounting out of the thermostat.
Because all used materials and connections of the Pump LabPump are built in PPS (Pump head),
PTFE or stainless steel, the pump is suitable for applications with aggressive mediums.
The LabPump pump is not permitted to be used in an explosion-endangered environment.
The mission for use at half automatic processing of samples in use with a viscosity measuring unit,
from SI Analytics
working will be used a PTFE tubing set with waste bottle type no. VZ 5624. When working with a
multiple suction, the hose kit VZ 5614 is employed.
