Never plug the power plug into a mains socket immediately after the device was
taken from a cold to a warm environment. The condensation water that develops
may lead to the appliance malfunctioning. Allow the appliance to reach room tem-
perature. Wait until the condensation water has evaporated.
Avoid using the appliance under unfavourable ambient conditions. Unfavourable
ambient conditions are the following ones:
• excessive humidity (> 90 % rel. humidity), moisture, dust, combustible gases,
vapours or solvents
• excessive ambient temperatures (> +40 °C), low room temperatures (< +5 °C)
Maintenance and Care
The safety instructions below must be noted before the appliance is cleaned or
maintained:
Unplug the mains plug from the mains socket! Only a specialist
who is familiar with the risks and relevant regulations may carry
out repairs or open the appliance.
All connected appliances must be disconnected from the mains before servicing or
repairs.
The appliance is maintenance free. For this reason, you should never open it. If you
do open it, the guarantee will be rendered invalid.
The outside of the appliance should be cleaned with a clean dry cloth or brush only.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions which could damage
the housing or impair operation.
Check the technical safety of the appliance regularly, e.g. for damage to the housing
or mains cable etc.
If you have reasons to assume that safe operation is no longer possible, then dis-
connect the appliance immediately and secure it against inadvertent operation.
It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if:
• there is visible evidence that the appliance has been damaged
• when the appliance does not function for some reason
• when the appliance has been stored for long periods of time under unfavourable
conditions or
• the appliance has been subjected to heavy transport strain.

Beachten Sie hierbei diese Bedienungsanleitung.
Das Gerät darf keinen extremen Temperaturen, starken Vibra-
tionen, hoher Feuchtigkeit oder starken mechanischen Bean-
spruchungen ausgesetzt werden.
Das Gerät ist in Schutzklasse I aufgebaut.
Als Stromquelle darf nur eine 230 V/50 Hz (10/16 A) Schutzkontakt-
steckdose verwendet werden. Versuchen Sie nie das Gerät an einer
anderen Spannung zu betreiben.
Das System ist nur für den Betrieb in geschlossenen Räumen
zugelassen.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt.
Versichern Sie sich, dass alle elektrischen Verbindungen, Verbindungsleitungen zwi-
schen dem Gerät und evtl. Verlängerungsleitungen vorschriftsmäßig und in Überein-
stimmung mit der Bedienungsanleitung sind.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass der Schutzleiter (gelb/grün) weder in der Netzleitung,
einer evtl. angeschlossenen Verlängerungsleitung, noch im/am Gerät unterbrochen
wird, da bei unterbrochenem Schutzleiter Lebensgefahr besteht. Ein Betrieb ohne
Schutzleiterverbindung ist nicht gestattet.
Elektrische Geräte gehören nicht in Kinderhände. Lassen Sie in Anwe-
senheit von Kindern besondere Vorsicht walten, Kinder könnten versu-
chen, Gegenstände ins Gerät zu stecken. Es besteht die Gefahr eines
lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlages.
Stellen Sie keine Behälter, z.B. Blumentöpfe, auf das Gerät. Gießen Sie
nie Flüssigkeiten über dem Gerät aus. Es besteht höchste Gefahr
eines Brandes oder lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlages. Sollte
dennoch Flüssigkeit ins Geräteinnere gelangt sein, schalten Sie das
Gerät sofort spannungsfrei und wenden Sie sich an eine Fachkraft.
