Follow steps below:
a. Insert the closed (capped) end of drip emitter into emitter pocket only as far as the first set
of zip tie holes. Insert a zip tie through 2 matching holes, rotate to align correctly, connect both
ends to make a loose loop, but do not tighten. Press down on zip tie loop then slide drip emitter
through the loop until it reaches the second set of zip tie holes. Repeat the process using same
zip tie orientation until drip emitter reaches end of emitter pocket and all zip ties are installed
uniformly so as to capture drip emitter in drip pocket. Drip holes should align approximately. See
F below.
b. Adjust the rotation and side to side orientation of drip emitter to get the best possible
alignment of drip holes in emitter pocket. Once aligned, work on one drip hole at a time to
confirm alignment and tighten zip ties to secure the emitter. Fasten zip ties securely by hand,
being careful not to over-tighten past the point of breaking. Work from one side of emitter to the
other, pulling the emitter pocket into best alignment with the next drip hole, then securing Zip
ties. Repeat until all Zip ties are secured.

c. Rotate all zip ties so the connection head is fully to one side. Use scissors to trim off zip
tie end as close as possible to the head, making sure to snip at 90 degrees to zip tie. After
trimming, use a small file or medium grit sand paper to smooth the trimmed end making sure to
leave no sharp edges. Repeat process until all zip ties are trimmed and smooth. This completes
assembly of the Drip emitter.
