A
A: Das Motorrad kann auf dem Seitenständer stehen bleiben! Öffnen Sie die Mutter der Achse ein wenig (kein
Entfernen) und nehmen Sie so die Spannung von den Schwingenholmen, Achsblöcken etc.
B: Die folgenden Abläufe werden exemplarisch am linken Schwingenholm gezeigt. Die Arbeitsschritte sind auf beiden
Seiten identisch! Entfernen Sie die originalen Kontermuttern und die Abdeckkappen der Schwingenholme. Durch das
Lösen in Schritt A muss sich nun der innenliegende (im Holm geführte) Achsblock leichtgängig wippen lassen. Fetten
Sie das Gewinde M8 des Achsblockes!
A: The motorcycle can stand on the side stand while mounting! Open the axle nut a little bit (not removing) and
take the tension in this way from the swing arm and the inner axle blocks etc.
B: The following steps of installation are shown exemplary on the left side of the swing arm. The steps are principle on
both sides the same! Remove the original counter nuts and cover from both sides of the swing arm. By loosen the axle
nut in step A, the inner axle block (guided in the swing arm) should be able to move smoothly and without pressure.
Grease the thread M8 on the axle block!

Prepare to the thread
C: Setzen Sie die Kettenspanner an die gefetteten Gewinde der Achsblöcke und drehen Sie diese von Hand auf die
Gewinde. Die Ständerrollen (PSA- Roll) sind dabei unten! Drehen Sie die Kettenspanner dabei bis zu dem Kontakt in
die Schwingenholme hinein, bis zum Anliegen der Kettenspanner ohne Einsatz von Werkzeug oder erhöhter Kraft.
D: Ziehen Sie die oberen beiden Klemmelemente (Zwei Zylinderkopfschrauben M5) an, um die Kettespanner in den
Schwingenholmen zu verspannen/ fixieren! Anzugsdrehmoment: 4 Nm
C: Place the chain adjusters on the greased threads of the axle blocks and turn it by hand onto the threads. The roll
(PSA- Roll) for the paddock stand are below! Drive in the chain adjusters until they get in touch with the swing arm
without using tools or higher force.
D: Tightening the upper two clamping elements (two cylinder- head- bolts M5) to clamp and fix finally the chain
adjusters in the swing arm! Tightening torque: 4 Nm
