Main Functions
Loop Recording
1.
When you insert a memory card and power up the E1 Lite dash cam, it automatically
starts loop recording. The length of each video clip is determined by your chosen loop
recording setting, and clips are saved in the normal video folder. As the folder fills up to
70% of its capacity, the camera will begin overwriting the oldest files first, ensuring
continuous recording without manual intervention.
Important Notes:
1. The effective performance of loop recording relies heavily on the memory card's
speed. Regular formatting of the memory card is recommended to prevent issues
that may arise from file accumulation and card aging, which could disrupt the
loop recording process.
2. Make it a habit to check the loop-recorded videos periodically to ensure that
important footage is not unintentionally overwritten.
3. Note that the emergency event lock feature will not function if loop recording is
disabled.
4. If loop recording is switched off, the dash cam will record non-stop until the
memory card is full, with each clip lasting up to 3 minutes. Once the card is full,
recording will cease.
Event Recording
2.
Event recording on the dash cam is controlled by the G-sensor, which detects sudden
changes in motion or impacts. If you want to manually lock the current video segment,
press the power (
