OPERATION
After you connected the device to the mains, it starts running.
The LED display lights up and you can choose the desired mode via the buttons MODE, ENTER, UP and
DOWN.
The device has two operating modes. It can be operated in Stand Alone or in DMX-controlled mode.

• Automatic program mode
• Sound Control Setting
• Slave Setting
- DMX-MODE
Stand-alone Mode
In the Stand Alone mode, the device can be used without a controller.
Auto Mode Setting
Press the MODE button until the display shows AU.00. Press the ENTER button and select the desired
speed (00 - 99) via the UP or DOWN buttons. Press ENTER to confirm.
Sound Control Setting
Press the MODE button until the display shows SU.01. Press the ENTER button and select the desired
sensitivity (01 - 99) via the UP or DOWN buttons. Press ENTER to confirm.
Slave Setting
Set the DMX start address 001 on every slave-device.
DMX Mode
You can control the devices individually via your DMX-controller. Every DMX-channel has a different
occupation with different features. The individual channels and their features are listed under DMX-protocol.
The Control Board allows you to assign the DMX fixture address, which is defined as the first channel from
which the device will respond to the controller.
Addressing
Press the MODE button until the display shows A001. Press the ENTER button. You can now set the
desired address (001 - 512) via the UP or DOWN buttons. Press ENTER to confirm.
Controlling:
After having addressed EUROLITE LED MF-100, LED MFS-100 or LED MFB-100 lighting effect, you may
now start operating it via your lighting controller.
Please, be sure that you don' t have any overlapping channels in order to control each fixture correctly and
independently from any other fixture on the DMX-chain. If several fixtures are addressed similarly, they will
work synchronically.
Note:
It' s necessary to insert the XLR termination plug with 120
in the last lighting in the link in order to ensure
proper transmission on the DMX data link.
