9.1 Resetting the Wallbox using the
rotary switch
DANGER
Risk of death due to electric shock
Contact with live parts results in a direct risk of
death due to electric shock.
When resetting the Wallbox using the rotary
n
switch, make sure that the following Safety
rules are observed:
n Disconnect.
n Secure against being switched on
again.
Ensure that there is no voltage.
n
n Earth and short-circuit.
n Cover any adjacent live parts and
secure the danger area.
As an alternative to resetting using the web app,
the Wallbox can also be reset using a special set-
ting on the rotary switch. This is necessary in the
following situations:
The access data for the web app is no longer
l
available, which means that operation using
the web app is not possible.
The country setting for the Wallbox is to be
l
changed. The country setting is made once
during onboarding and can then no longer
be changed by the user using the web app.
Note
Resetting to factory defaults (factory reset)
using a special setting on the rotary switch
may only be carried out by qualified spe-
cialist personnel.

1. Remove the decorative cover and the cover,
as well as the lock/lead seal if fitted, see
ting the cover.
2. Note the setting on the rotary switch.
3. Using a screwdriver, turn the rotary switch
to position 2 or 3, see Setting the charging
current.
4. Re-attach the cover.
5. Re-connect the power supply.
After switching on the Wallbox, the Wallbox
automatically restores the factory defaults.
6. Wait until all LEDs are pulsing blue: Resto-
ring factory defaults is complete.
7. Disconnect the power from the Wallbox
again.
8. Remove the cover again.
9. Using a screwdriver, turn the rotary switch
back to the position you previously noted.
10. Attach the cover, the lock/lead seal if requi-
red, and the decorative cover, see
the cover.
Note
Only for the version according to German
calibration law: Have the operator's seal
attached to a screw in the cover by qualified
specialist personnel.
11. Then re-connect the power supply.
12. Once the Wallbox is ready to operate again,
connect to the web app using Ethernet or
WiFi.
