The error codes 21,22,23,24,25 have been put in to get an operation diagnostics as accurate as possible.
They should not give rise to any worries as they do not affect the operation of this appliance. They notify a temporary
communication error among the modem , the telephone operator and the cell phone. The possible problems may be due to
- no signal
- intermittent signal
- cell phone off
- cell phone in an area which can't receive All these situations can hardly be verified.
It is possible to trace the cause of the error and to eliminate it by recording all the events(number of errors, time, date...) only in
the case that the same error continues to show on the screen of the computer..
The error codes "anomaly GSM modem" have been added for a thorough analysis by the manufacturer, if the error persists the
modem must replaced.
When the modem is working a turning line will appear (see figure) . Don't send a new message during this program run. Wait
for process to finish.
