Attach a Lintel Support Bracket(33)to the top of
each Door Post (76) using the uppermost bolt.

Now slide ten bolts into one of the channels
each of the Gable Bars (73).
10. Position four of the bolts in each Gable Bar (13)
so that you can connect the Gusset Plates (9)
and (90) which are attached to the top of the
Corner Posts (5) and the Front Glazing Bars (7).
17. Secure the Lintel & Door Track attached (20) to
the 'nose' projecting from the Gusset Plates (90)
which are already fastened to the Glazing Bars
(7). Fasten the Lintel Support Brackets (33)
located at the top of each Door Post (16) to the
Lintel (20) using the two outer holes in each
plate.
12. Loosely attach the Apex Gusset Plate (75) to the
uppermost
bolts in each Gable Bar (13).

GlazingBar (62).Connectthe Central Glazing
Bar (62) to the central holes in the Apex Gusset
Plate (15) and the Lintel (20).
14.Locate three square headed bolts in each Top
Intermediate GlazingBars (83)and loosely
attach a Gusset Plate (90) to one end with two of
the pre-positioned
(90) to the remaining two holes in the Gable Bar
(13) and secure with two bolts and hexagonal
nuts. Using the remaining bolt in the Glazing
Bar (83), secure to the central holes in the Lintel
Support Bracket (33).
75. Loosely attach the Top Horizontal Brace (84) to
the 'nose' on the Gusset Plates (90) which are
attached to the Gable Bars (13) and Glazing Bars
(83). Locate the remaining bolt in the Central
GlazingBar (62)into the central hole of the Top
Horizontal Brace (84)and secure with hexagonal
nut.
16.Leave all bolts and nuts finger tight until the
completion of stage 6. (Then using a set square
and spirit level where appropriate
the gable end is square and true and fully
tighten
all bolts and nuts).
