Problem
The product does not start and the
red LED flashes.
The product is on and yellow LED is
on.
The wire does not move into the
product or the wire is too loose.
The wire does not come out when
the power trigger is pushed.
Small pieces of wire come out from
the wire winding head.
The battery is connected to the
charger and the red LED is on.
The battery is connected to the

Cause
There is a wire fault.
The battery is low.
The product is broken.
The product is in sleep mode.
There is corrosion or dirt on the wire
or the wire is damaged.
Incorrect dimension of the wire is
used.
There is dirt in the wire winding head. Speak to your Husqvarna service
There is a wire fault in the wire wind-
ing head.
The rebars are not applicable for the
product.
The setup of the rebars is not appli-
cable for the product.
The beak is damaged.
There is dirt or parts of the wire in the
wire inlet or wire winding head.
There is a wire fault during operation. Refer to

Solution

Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF
and charge the battery. Refer to
charge the battery on page 7 .
1. Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF.
2. Set the ON/OFF switch to ON, to
reset.
3. If the red LED flashes, speak to
your Husqvarna service agent.
Push the power trigger 1 time, to
start the product.
1. Cut approximately 15 cm of the
end of the wire.
2. Replace the wire coil. Refer to
replace the wire on page 11 .

Disconnect the battery from the
charger and let it become cool.
1. Disconnect the power cord of the
charger.
2. Make sure that the power inlets
and power outlets of the battery
and battery charger are clean.
3. Connect the power cord and con-
nect the battery to the battery
charger.
4. If the red LED flashes, speak to
your Husqvarna service agent.
