Mark the end of the torch connector on the inner liner

Cut off the inner liner at the marking and deburr; left inner liner made of steel, right inner liner made
of plastic

Screw the clamping nipple onto the inner liner as far as it will go. The inner liner must be visible
through the hole in the cap
