Checking of refrigerant leakage at coupling connecting part
After the connection of coupling, check the leakage using the
-efrigerant leak-detector.
3.6.
Insulation of low side coupling
_
After checking the refrigerant leakage, cover the low side coupl-
ing with the insulation pipe attached to the unit and stick it to
the coupling after stripping the paper out of its surface as shown
in Fig. 14.
Be careful of the gap between the insulation pipe and the
coupling plate, the insulation pipe and insulation pipe-B. Make
sure to be no- gap.

3.5.
Priifung auf Leckage an den Verbindungsstellen.
Nach Herstellung der Verbindungen sind die Kupplungen auf
eventuelle Kaltemittel-Leckagen zu iiberpriifen, bei Verwendung
eines Leckstellensuchers.
3.6.
Isolierung des unteren Teiles der Kupplung.
Nach Priifung auf Leckage ist der untere Teil der Kupplung mit
dem mitgelieferten Isoliermantel zu umwickeln. Die Folie auf der
Innenseite des Mantels wird abgezogen und gema Abb. 14 ange-
bracht.
Das andere Teil der Kaltemittel-Leitungen ist dann mit dem
mitgelieferten. Isoliermantel-B zu isolieren (siehe Abb. 14) und
'mit dem mitgelieferten Vinylklebeband zu befestigen. Wenn der
Isoliermantel-B zu lang ist, wird er so gekiirzt, da er das Kupfer-
rohr zwischen Wand und Kupplung vollstandig isoliert.

4.1.
Confirm the smooth water flowing from the drain hose by
pouring some water into the evaporator pan.

Arrange the penetrating part of the wall presentably with
the bush for refrigerating pipes and sealer attached to the pipe
set, as shown in Fig. 21.

4. Priifung nach Montage
4.1.
Der ungehinderte Abflu& des Wassers durch den Abwasser-
schlauch wird gepriift, indem etwas Wasser in die Verdampfer-
pfanne gegossen wird.
4.2..
Der Mauerdurchbruch ist mit dem mitgelieferten Material,
Mauerdurchfihrung fiir Kaltemittelleitungen und Fiillmasse, zu
verputzen. Vgl. Abb. 21.
