Working on the door leaf: For work on the door leaf, such as drilling or
cutting, the mechatronic VERSO CLIQ ® locking cylinder and the mortise lock
must be removed.
Application of force can destroy the locking cylinder: The application
of force, e.g. striking with a hammer, can damage or destroy the locking
cylinder.
Torsion-free installation: The mechatronic VERSO CLIQ ® locking cylinder
must be installed tension-free according to the installation situation.
Only screw in the cylinder fixing screw hand-tight (max 3.5 Nm).
The mechatronic VERSO CLIQ ® locking cylinder must be installed
in the appropriate size: The mechatronic VERSO CLIQ ® locking cylinder
is produced in multiple cylinder lengths ("Technical data", page 44).
Before installation, make sure that the mechatronic VERSO CLIQ ® locking
cylinder is in the size matching the door leaf thickness. The mechatronic
VERSO CLIQ ® locking cylinder may not protrude more than 3 mm beyond
the fitting surface.
Installation and adjustments according to DIN EN 15684:2021-05: All
components must be installed and adjusted in a manner which ensures
conformity with DIN EN 15684:2021-05.

Note!
Protection against dirt: for outdoor use and for dusty environments the
locking cylinder should be protected with the SuR cap from ASSA ABLOY.
