2. INSTALLATION

Cables which pass through a metal wall must be protected and insulated using a sheath or sleeve

For outdoor use, install the CONTROL UNIT P.TILT RTS M+L cables in a UV-resistant duct, for

example under a cullis.

Instructions which must be followed by the drive and home automation professional installing the

CONTROL UNIT P.TILT RTS M+L.

Never drop, knock, drill or submerge the receiver.

Install an individual control point for each drive.

Ensure the power is switched oﬀ during the assembly and wiring stages.

Independently mounted control.

2. 1. INSTALLATION

Overall size of the mounting holes in millimetres.

2. 2. WIRING

The length of the cables must not exceed 30 metres.

Only one cable must be inserted into a cable gland.

Pay attention to the cable courses to avoid water entering.

Insert each cable through its cable gland. (Diameter of the

cables between 5 and 9 mm).

Remove the wiring connectors.

Strip the wires (maximum 5mm) and tighten the wires in

the connectors.

If more than two cable transitions are required, use the

cable glands supplied with the operating control.
