3. INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE USING YOUR PRESSURE COOKER FOR THE FIRST
TIME
Read this instruction manual carefully.
-Clean all the parts thoroughly with hot water and detergent, rinse and then dry with a soft cloth.
-If there is too much lime in the water and white stains appear, clean with a drop of vinegar.
-Washing the cooker in a dishwasher can change the colour of the stainless steel.
-Never use wire sponges or abrasive products, which could scratch the stainless steel.
-To save energy and avoid darkening or staining of the stainless steel, on electric stoves use a
burner of the same size as the cooker base or smaller; and on gas stoves regulate the heat so
that the flames do not extend up the sides of the cooker.
-Put at least 1/4 litre of water or another suitable in the cooker.
-Caution: use the pressure cooker according to the following capacity:
Maximum fill level: Never fill it to more than 2/3 of its capacity (MAX sign inside the cooker).
Minimum fill level: Never fill it to less than 1/3 of its capacity (MIN sign inside the cooker).
When cooking food items that expand during cooking, such as rice, freeze-dried vegetables or
compotes, never fill the cooker to more than half its capacity.

- Only use original INOXIBAR spare parts suitable for this model. Stop using your pressure cooker
if it is damaged accidentally or if the safety devices do not work properly. Have your pressure
cooker serviced by an authorized service engineer.
