First of all, be sure to initialize the
microprocessor.
By doing so, all the adjustment-
related data are initialized and the
unit ts ready to adjust.
% This initialization should be made
only when
!C2004
has
been
replaced for repair purpose.
Receive
the
NTSC
monoscope
pattern signal.
Receive the NTSC half colour bar
signal.
Connect the oscilloscope between
pin (1) of TP2 and GND.
luminance signal muted.

@ Hold down the switch $2014 for
1
second

and
"ADJ. IN"
appears
on
the
screen.
® Hold down the switch $2006 for
1 second or longer, and "SET2"
first
and
then
"ADJ.OUT"

Make sure that the 75%
white
level
and
the
arrow-
marked level are the same.
Using the DAC (+/-)

adjust the signal's 100% white
level to DC 0.20.05 V.
