How to replace a ilter:
• Turn off the power and unplug the device from the mains.
• Open the clamp fasteners on the housing cover.
• Tilt up the cover with one hand up while you support the exhaust arm with your free hand.
Tilt up the cover until the exhaust arm rests on the loor.
Caution! When the lid is opened with the exhaust arm mounted, under certain circumstances the device tends
to tip over. For this reason, we recommend changing the ilter using two people.
• Carefully remove the used pre-ilter mat without stirring up dust and fold it so that the ilter side that is full of dust particles is on the inside.
• Place the pre-ilter in a bag for disposal.
• Pull out the main ilter from the device and place it in a disposal bag. Here too, make sure that when changing the ilter, dust is not whirled up.
• Now place the new main ilter and the new pre-ilter mat into the device.
• Close the cover and fasten the clamps.
• Dispose of the used ilters according to oficial regulations. See also chapter 7.2.
