1. General chapter

SINOtec mobile devices of the SWELDex basic type are designed for lexible use at changing welding work places.
The simple but very robust sheet steel construction and durable powder coating are clearly intended for industrial use.
Equipped with 2, 3 or 4-metre exhaust arms with an exhaust hood included as an attachment, they offer great range and lexibility.
The exhaust arm consists of an inner carrier rod system formed as a parallelogram supported by springs and a sturdy extractor hose.
The exhaust hood with integrated damper, like the exhaust arm, can itself be rotated through 360° and swivelled horizontally and vertically.
Within its reach, it can be placed in any position where it then remains without any additional support.
The contaminated air taken in by the exhaust hood has coarse particles removed in a pre-ilter and then lows through the main ilter
before it is discharged into the intake area again.
An indicator lamp shows if a change of ilter cartridges is required. To change the ilter elements, the cover of the device, including
the exhaust arm, is folded back. The service life of the ilter elements depends on the type and duration of use of the device.

Please read this instruction and installation manual carefully, before commissioning. It contains important information and details concerning
the safe operation of the unit. Please mind the details for a safe handling. Keep this manual and hand it to the successor, when changing the
operator. This instruction and maintenance manual has to be accessible to the staff at any time. Subject to change without notice. In case of
doubt contact the manufacturer.

1.2 Exclusion of liability

It is not in accordance with the regulations, if the unit is used other than explained in this instruction and maintenance manual. The manufacturer
is not liable for damage which is caused by improper use. Modiications to the unit are prohibited. The unit can only be used, if it runs lawless.
Any misuse will lead to invalidity of the guarantee, the warranty and general liability of the manufacturer.
