3. Frontblende ausbauen
- Cassettenmechanik ausbauen (siehe Pkt. 2).
- Masseleitung zur Frontblende abziehen.
- Netzschalter (Fig. 8) in Stellung "AUS" schalten.
- Laschen @ links und rechts der Frontblende (Fig. 6 und 7) sowie
3 Haltezapfen () am Gehauseboden ausrasten (Fig. 6).
- Netzschalterst6 Bel @ (Fig. 8) nach vorne ausrasten und Front-
blende vorsichtig nach vorne abziehen (««) (Fig. 6).
- Bei Bedarf Steckverbindungen P102, P411, P412 und P413 von
den Leiterplatten l6sen (Fig. 11).

4. Frontblende zerlegen
- Frontblende ausbauen (siehe Pkt. 3).
4.1 Linke Tastenplatte ausbauen, Fig. 7
- 5 Schrauben © herausdrehen, Leiterplatte ausrasten und her-
ausnehmen.
4.2 Rechte Tastenplatte ausbauen, Fig. 7
- 3 Schrauben @ herausdrehen, Leiterplatte ausrasten und her-
ausnehmen.
4.3 Display-Platte ausbauen, Fig. 7
- 2 Schrauben () herausdrehen und Leiterplatte herausnehmen.
4.4 Potentiometerplatte ausbauen, Fig. 7
- 2 Schrauben ©) herausdrehen und Leiterplatte herausnehmen.
4.5 Ausbau der kleinen Tasten, Fig. 9
- Die Rastung® ausrasten und die Tasten nach hinten herausneh-
men.
4.6 Ausbau der groBen Tasten, Fig. 10
- Mit einem kleinen Schraubendreher die Rastnase @) ausrasten
und die Taste nach vorne herausnehmen.

3. Removing the front mask
- Remove the loading and drive mechanisms (see para 2).
- Unplug the ground connection to the front mask.
- Set the mains switch (Fig. 8) to "OFF".
- Disengage the lugs ®) on the left and right of the front mask (Fig. 6
and 7) and 3 prongs (1) on the bottom of the cabinet (Fig. 6).
- Disengage the push-rod @) of the mains switch (Fig. 8) towards
the front and pull the front mask carefully towards the front (k)
(Fig. 6).
- If necessary, disconnect the connectors P102, P411, P412 and
P413 from the printed circuit boards (Fig. 11).
4. Disassembling the front mask
- Remove the front mask (see para 3).
4.1 Removing the left button board, Fig. 7
- Undo 5 screws (©, unlock the circuit board and take it out.
4.2 Removing the right button board, Fig. 7
- Undo 3 screws @), unlock the circuit board and take it out.
4.3 Removing the display board, Fig. 7
- Undo 2 screws (®) and take out the circuit board.
4.4 Removing the potentiometer board, Fig. 7
- Undo 2 screws ©) and take out the circuit board.
4.5 Removing the small buttons, Fig. 9
- Disengage the catch (P) and take out the buttons towards the rear
side.
4.6 Removing the big buttons, Fig. 10
- Disengage the locking lug @ with a small screwdriver and remove
the button towards the front.
