——— Do not drop this product, whether under
pressure or not. The device is a pressure
vessel! If it is dropped or damaged (e.g.,
cracked or dented), do not use it again
because it poses a risk of injury! Have the
device checked by the iSi service center!
——— Never try to open the siphon when under
pressure. If the siphon is blocked, refer to
the instruction manual for the relevant
instructions.
——— Never use the lever (if fitted) as a carrying
handle!
——— Before each use, make sure that the device
is not blocked. Proper cleaning of the de-
vice is necessary to prevent blockages.
——— Do not disassemble any parts other than
those specified in the instructions.
——— Do not make any modifications to the iSi
device. This will void the warranty and
exempt the company from any liability!
——— Never use more chargers than specified
and never overfill the device! This will
ensure that the specified maximum oper-
ating pressure is
not exceeded!
——— If the pressure cannot be released, please
contact iSi or your service center!
——— Before cleaning, check the material com-
patibility of the cleaning and disinfecting
solutions to be used!
——— Cryogenic applications, (with liquid nitrogen
for example), are not permitted!
——— Only use liquid ingredients. Never use
ingredients that are excluded in the safety
instructions.
NOTE: To avoid the formation of lumps, you
should completely dissolve powdered ingre-
dients such as sugar, etc. in some liquid before
filling. Do not use any ingredients with fruit pulp
or seeds!
