Installation
The 6597-.../STD-SBS control module is specified for
installation acc. to EN 50022 on a standard multi-terminal
busbar.
8.1 Extensions
Any number of pushbuttons can be connected in parallel
for control by means of pushbutton input. Actuation is
against L.
In pushbutton extensions, the glow lamp of the lighting
may not be connected with parallel contact (use a
pushbutton with an "N" terminal).
When laying cables, ensure there is enough distance
between control cables and load cables (at least 5 cm).
8.2 Group control and staircase lighting
Carry out the connection for the desired configuration (see
Fig. 1, 2 and 3). The ABB 6593-.../STD-500MA universal
central dimmers and 6594-.../STD-420SL power modules
are connected in accordance with the operating instructions
enclosed with the devices.
