Einstellungen und Test

1. Schalten Sie das Prüfsystem ein. Bei Prüfsystemen mit uni-
verseller Netzspannung muss die Nennspannung immer
so eingestellt werden, dass sie der Versorgungsspannung
entspricht.
2. Wählen Sie die folgenden Einstellungen für den Test.
Prüfsystem UNIMET® 1000/1100ST bis einschließlich Version
5.53:
– Hauptmenü
– Klassifikation: IEC601
– Schutzklasse I
– Kein fest angeschlossenes Gerät
– Typ CF
– Anzahl Patientenelektroden: 2
– Ohne Spannung am Anwendungsteil
– Kompletter Test
– Automatischer Prüfablauf
Prüfsystem UNIMET® 1000/1100ST ab Version 5.54:
– Hauptmenü
– F5 Systemverwaltung
– F4 Systeminfo
– F1 Systemselbsttest
– F2 Selbsttest mit TB3
Prüfsystem UNIMET® 800ST/810ST:
– Hauptmenü
– Systemsteuerung
– Diagnose
– Eigenschaften: Diagnoseprogramm TB3 wählen.
3. Führen Sie die Prüfung durch.
4. Drucken Sie das Prüfprotokoll aus.
5. Nur Prüfsystem UNIMET® 1000/1100ST bis Version 5.54:
Die Messung des Patientenableitstromes mit Spannung
am Anwendungsteil nehmen Sie bitte als Einzelmessung
(Messung #32) vor:
– Hauptmenü
– Einzelmessung
– Ableitstrom/Patientenhilfsstrom
– Patientenableitstrom/Patientenhilfsstrom
– Patientenableitstrom mit Spannung am Anwendungs-
teil
– SFC mit U-Netz an A-Teil, Phase rev.
6. Vergleichen Sie die Werte des Prüfprotokolls mit der die
jeweilige Netzspannung betreffenden Tabelle „Toleranz-
werte".
Das UNIMET® 800ST/810ST und UNIMET® 1000/1100ST ab
Version 5.54 bewertet den Test als bestanden oder nicht
bestanden.

Setting and test
1. Switch the test system on. When using test systems with
universal system voltage, set the nominal voltage accord-
ing to the supply voltage.
2. Please select the following settings for the test:
Test system UNIMET® 1000/1100ST up to version 5.53:
– Main menu
– Classification: IEC601
– Protection class I
– no permanently connected device
– Type CF
– Number of patient electrodes: 2
– without voltage on applied part
– complete test
– automatic test sequence
Test system UNIMET® 1000/1100ST with version 5.54 or higher:
– Main menu
– F5 System administration
– F4 System info
– F1 System self test
– F2 System self test with TB3
Test system UNIMET® 800ST/810ST:
– Main menu
– System control
– Diagnostic
– Properties: select diagnostic routine TB3.
3. Perform the test.
4. Print the test protocol.
5. Test system UNIMET® 1000/1100ST with software version
5.54 or lower only:
Use the single test to measure the patient leakage current
with voltage on applied part (measurement #32):
– Main menu
– Single test
– Leakage current/patient auxiliary current
– Patient leakage current/patient auxiliary current
– Patient leakage current with voltage on applied part
– SFC with system voltage on applied part, phase rev.
6. Compare the values of the test protocol with the "toler-
ance values" indicated in the table considering the respec-
tive nominal voltage.
The UNIMET® 800ST/810ST and UNIMET® 1000/1100ST,
version 5.54 or higher, evaluate the test as passed or failed.
